£5 Admission fee daily or £8 for 2 day entry; U16s Free

Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground, Grange de Lings, Lincoln LN2 2NA is the venue for a 2 day Well Being Show - embracing all aspects of becoming a Well Being. Use main gate on A15 - Gate 1 - and follow signage to Well Being Event & Epic Centre
A spacious and airy venue, plenty of room for stall holders and visitors, dedicated talk/presentation rooms / yoga studio - set out for comfort of Visitors.
Catering facilities offer a good selection of refreshments, meals and snacks and Visitors are of course welcome to bring their own food.
Visitors can enjoy spacious and ample free parking close to the Venue. Hard standing car park in front of The Epic Centre and acres of grass area for general parking just a few yards from the Centre. Family friendly event - Children’s Activity tables to help occupy our younger visitors. Programme of Free talks and presentations - including Drumming, Demonstrations of Tai Ji and Qi Jong for visitors to participate in, mini workshops, meditations, demonstrations.
The Showground venue is easily accessible from all major routes, the main halls are laid out on one level and there are excellent facilities. There are 6 rooms on the first floor hosting Talks and demonstrations, and Yoga Studio - as well as the Stage area on the ground floor within the Hall - the programme of free talks / presentations and demonstrations kicks off with an African Drumming session at 10.15am each day - come early to make sure you're there to join in, Milla who leads the Drumming group brings plenty of African drums for you to use or you are welcome to bring your own hand drum of any description.
In the main hall (both sides of the cafe) visitors will find a whole host of interesting stalls to browse - retail, therapy, readers, authors, information.
Opening hours for visitors:
Saturday 10am to 5pm
Sunday 10am to 4pm
Many stalls accept card payments, however some are only able to accept cash payments - please come prepared with both cash and cards.
There are no ATM facilities at the Showground.
You are encouraged to Pre book your tickets using the link to Eventbrite, however tickets may be purchased on the door (cash and card payments accepted)
No charge for accompanying Under 16s
Venue Policy is Assistance Dogs only permitted within the venue
