Join us for another summer evening at the fountain as The Brooklyners bring their distinctive blend of reggae, Caribbean rhythms and French influences to Lincoln Park.
Led by Paris-born musician David Langlois, this Brooklyn-based multicultural band mixes Jamaican standards, French classics and original music — even giving familiar French songs a reggae twist.
The Brooklyners are:
David Langlois – vocals, percussion & rhythm guitar
Ras Abda G – bass & vocals
Kikkah Jackson – drums & vocals
Bryan Beninghove – saxophone, melodica & keyboards
Supah Ombah – vocals & percussion
Bring a blanket or lawn chair, meet up with friends and neighbors, and enjoy some live music in the park.
