The Lincoln Mile is a morning of age group heats that are run every 15 minutes, beginning at 8 a.m. We will start with the oldest age group first, working our way down to the Elite Heat which will run at approximately 10 a.m.
Come early - stay late and then you can cheer - run - cheer!
