Lost Art Yoga is a Richmond-based studio and wellness collective dedicated to bridging ancient yogic wisdom with modern living, “unpolished, unfiltered, real yoga for real people.” Founded by passionate, deeply experienced instructors, Lost Art Yoga offers a wide range of practices including vinyasa, yin, restorative, sound baths, breathwork, and immersive retreats. Their goal is to help students reconnect mind, body, and spirit in a welcoming, inclusive, and down-to-earth environment.
