Lincoln Forest Church restarts after it's Sabbath year of rest on the 4th Sunday of every month at 2pm starting from September 22nd 2024 at Whisby Natire Park!
All are welcome to attend, and in fact so long as you like nature, like spending time outside, and are open to listening, seeking and even questioning and sharing what Creator, Christ or Comforter has to say in and through nature with you and maybe the gathering, then Lincoln Forest church really is great for everyone of any age at all. We are an open and inclusive gathering.
We meet outside the doors of the main centre at 2pm (the paths are suitable for wheelchair or pushchair users), and usually open with a short reflective theme and prayer and then walk together allowing nature to witness to us and share Creators messages to us too...
as this is our reopening after the Sabbath we are very open to new journeyers, visitors or those with an interest in trying something new, we are very open to suggestions of change and listening to new ways of doing things too... this is very much a time of new growth!
so please do join us and know you will be welcomed.
There is a charge for carparking at the Centre.
There are toilets on site.
there is a cafe on site and we usually end up there after the walk, please do stay if you can as we consider this part of doing community together too.
