This month we will be dining at the Duke William Hotel, which has recently been completely refurbished. The Lincoln Dining Club offers the opportunity to build relationships in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Chicken, Chorizo & Rigatoni – Marinated chicken and spiced chorizo, rich tomato cream, wilted spinach & aged parmesan

The Heliburger – Beef patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce, gherkin, onion ring, burger sauce & chips

Rose Harissa & Lemon Tagine (VG, DF) – Ras el Hanout spiced vegetables, apricot & spinach tagine, coriander & coconut couscous, grilled flatbread

Mushroom, Spinach & White Truffle Pie (V) – Rich gravy, seasonal vegetables and herb mash
