This is an 7 day and 6 night coed retreat running from September 27th to October 3rd, 2024.

Our retreats foster healing of the mind, body, and soul through the Wim Hof Method, The Oxygen Advantage, and mindset training, including: cold exposure, consciousness, and breathwork.
In September 2024 you’ll have a chance to explore the magnificent landscapes of the great white north with nature hikes and dips in the mountains. We’ll sip on ceremonial cacao, get present with mindfulness meditation, make movement your medicine with yoga and other activating activities. You will deepen your connection with yourself, others, and the elements of the earth.
