Our journey has been one of profound self-discovery and fearless self-awareness that has led to amazing healing and transformation in both of our lives.  Through loving confrontation of ourselves and others with openness and courage, we have embraced the beauty and growth that comes from true vulnerability.  Integrating these teachings and practices we've been exposed to has led to a life of love and peace that is not dependent on external sources, but comes from within regardless of the situation we are dealing with.  This journey has been pivotal in strengthening both our individual selves and our marriage.
