FRIDAY the 26th! HYPE TRAIN HAZY IPA is back!
The name says it all for this one, it's all about the hype! We're unlocking the maximum amount of thiols in this beer by mash hopping, using Phantasm powder, and fermenting with Helio Gazer yeast. We then dry hop with the sought after AU Galaxy hops to marry all of these ingredients together in Holy-biotransformation-matrimony for the smoothest, juiciest, most tropical IPA we've ever made.
We'll also have P&L Seafood truck!
