Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance (LCLM) and Limited Lawn and Ornamental (LLO) Licensing CEU Seminar

For applicants taking the LCLM exam, it is important that you follow the procedure below:

1. Obtain an exam voucher number by registering for the Chapter 482 LCLM exam at: https://aesecomm.freshfromflorida.com/

2. Make an appointment to take the exam at: https://pesticideexam.ifas.ufl.edu/

3. To receive the LCLM license, you will need to submit to FDACS a copy of a liability insurance certificate and a $150 license fee.

For applicants taking the LLO exam, it is important that you follow the procedure below:

1. Obtain an exam voucher number by registering for the Chapter 482 LLO exam at: https://aesecomm.freshfromflorida.com/

2. Make an appointment to take the exam at: https://pesticideexam.ifas.ufl.edu/

3. To receive a LLO license, you will need to submit to FDACS a $150 license fee.

This workshop serves as the pre-requisite 6-hr. training for the Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance (LCLM) licensing and Limited Lawn and Ornamental (LLO) licensing exams, which permits commercial landscape professionals and maintenance/custodial workers, or government employees, to apply 'Caution' labeled pesticides to landscape beds. Please register for this event ONLY at http://sfyl.ifas.ufl.edu/pinellas/commercial-horticulture/commercial-horticulture-resources/ rather than any third party websites, as they are not affiliated with our classes and events.


Important note: It is strongly advised that you read over/study all suggested materials, if you do not it is likely to be difficult to make a passing grade on the exam.
This class reviews fundamental concepts on the LCLM or LLO exams but it is not a substitute for studying the pesticide applicator training manuals. The study guides can be purchased from the UF/IFAS Bookstore using the links below.

The day before the class and the morning of the class an automated e-mail will be sent to the email address YOU provided with the link to the on line class and the password to gain entry.

Agenda:

Registration: 8:15 - 8:30 a.m.; Class: AM Session 8:30 am - 12:00 p.m.; Lunch break (on your own): 12:00 - 1:00; PM Session 1:00 - 2:45.

CEUs:

3 Core PLUS: 3 Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance (LCLM) or 3 Limited Lawn & Ornamental (LLO). Maximum: 6 CEUs.

NOTE: Classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low registration or other circumstances, with full refunds issued for paid events. Similar classes or events often are offered on future dates.

Refunds - Refunds will be made in the event of a class cancellation or if the registrant requests a refund 24 hours prior to the class time. Reservations - You must be 18 to make a reservation. If you are under 18 and want to attend a class you must register and attend with a parent or guardian.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

A drivers license or equivalent. You must be 18 years or older. To be able to take the exam you must bring your FDACS Voucher.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, just please let us know ahead of time, or print off the ticket and bring it to class.

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, bring a ticket only if you are taking someone else's place.

 

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be made in the event of a class cancellation, or if the registrant requests a refund 24 hours prior to the class time.
