Limited Commercial Landscape/Lawn and Ornamental Certification Review

In Person Event at UF/IFAS Extension Hillsborough County

October 12, 2022, 8:30 am-5:30 pm Lunch included

The morning sessions will cover Applying Pesticides Correctly principles of pesticide licensing in Florida, integrated pest management, pesticide labels, application math and pesticide safety. The afternoon sessions will cover insects, disease and weeds of urban landscapes, and herbicide principles.

The class provides a review to prepare for exams. The class provides the 6 hours of classroom training required by FDACS to qualify for the Limited Commercial Landscape Exam.

To prepare for the exam I highly recommend studying the following manuals prior to attending the class and taking the exam:

LLO Manuals: Applying Pesticides Correctly, SM-1 and Lawn and Ornamental Pest Management, SM-81
