LIMINAL

"LIMINAL" is a movement ritual that explores the Celtic changeling folktale and the neurodivergent experience. This full-length professional dance performance, in partnership with Stage Left Theater, highlights the beauty and anxiety found at the threshold between our authentic selves and the pressure to conform.
Amber Hongsermeier created the original choreography in collaboration with a diverse cast that includes neurodivergent and neurotypical dancers, poets, a handpan artist, and puppeteers. Ambient sound scores and original compositions from local musicians accompany the performance.
