Join us on Thursday 18.12.25 17:00-20:00 as we round off this season of ‘lille musikkreds’ with a joint listening session in Café Pegasus. It will be a warm, informal afternoon where the group share some of the music that has been created, researched and developed over the past few months.
Den Frie has a long tradition of being home to different artist groups from different genres. Throughout the last six months ‘lille musikkreds’ has called Den Frie their home. The biannual offer for producers is run by producer and songwriter David Engelbrecht, and aimed at anyone who wants to become part of an artistic community and develop their musical expression and creative process.
The classes work with listening as a practice, share artistic methods with each other and are visited by guest teachers from the Danish music community. Each week the class have explored different approaches to composition, sound, material and idea – through presentations, conversations, experiments and small exercises.
At this end-of-year event, the seven participants from this year present short works, sketches or sonic studies, each showing in their own way what they have been working on throughout the semester.
