Join Diana Kushenbach and Melissa Wilhelm for an evening of deep relaxation and powerful healing, blending the magic of Lilac™ Intuitive Healing with restorative yoga and sound therapy.

Melissa will guide you through soothing restorative yoga poses, each held effortlessly for 5-20 minutes. These gentle postures will help release tension within muscles and organs, clearing energetic blocks and old patterns that no longer serve you.

As you rest in each pose, Diana will bring through her Ascended Master Guides, sacred geometry, and the healing frequencies of Lilac™ Intuitive Healing to help you reconnect with your center and release outdated beliefs.

Throughout the session, you’ll be immersed in the healing sounds of two gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, and chimes, creating an atmosphere that invites deep peace and spiritual alignment.
