Lights & Movement

This space combines introdutory dance/movement improvisation techniques with the exploration of lights.

Using lights and materials as an extension of movement and playful expression, the structure of the session is built around play, how you want to move and what you want to explore.

• All materials are provided (feel free to bring your own materials to try out, anything you can find that is safe and reflective can be explored)
• Pay as you feel.
• 16+ or acompanied by an adult.
