Join us for a special outdoor LIB-inspired Rhythmyk class in the Panhandle. Our signature Rhythmyk format blends dance cardio and sculpt into one rhythmic, feel-good workout.

Instead of separating cardio and sculpt, we alternate between easy-to-follow dance cardio and Rhythmyk sculpt intervals throughout the class. The cardio gets your heart rate up with fun choreography, while the sculpt sections focus on strength, control, and alignment using bodyweight and light resistance, all to our fav LIB DJs!

Set under the trees of the Panhandle, this class is all about moving with rhythm, building strength, and feeling energized. Expect great music, a supportive vibe, and a workout that leaves you sweaty, strong, and ready for festival season.

Bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and a mat or towel if you have one.
