We warmly welcome you to an open workshop of Contact Improvisation with the focus on lightness in flying.
The workshop will focus on finding softness and ease when flying.
Falling down and falling up. Rising and flying.
We will let curiosity prevail over ambition. We will use relaxation, gravity, inertia and balance. Meeting other dancers, sharing weight, finding ways to support each other and fall together to the horizon and up.
After providing technical exercises, we will practice how to apply it in an improvised dance.
Difficulty: the workshop is designed for CI practitioners of any level, for dancers, and for all movers who want to get a taste of this practice.

Language: lesson will be facilitated in English (with possible Czech translation)
