Spring is a time of equal Yin & Yang, as we transition towards the ultimate Yang of Summer Solstice, we look forward to longer days and increased sunlight. We instinctively yearn to become more active and to clear away the introspection of Winter. As nature awakens and new growth appears, we begin to feel inspired and motivated.
This day retreat will provide you with sessions of dynamic qigong, energizing breathwork and focussed meditation, designed to harness the rising energies, stimulate the qi to build a strong body and mind, and prepare us for the active summer months.
The venue is a serene, woodland location near the village of Barley at the foot of Pendle Hill,

Booking terms - payments are not transferable or refundable unless we can resell your place. If we can resell your place, an £8 cancellation fee will apply to the refund.
The deposit is non-refundable.
The location has free parking. Access is via an off-road rough track. It may not be suitable for small car. Free parking on the main road is available and the centre is a 5 minute walk. Please consider your vehicle and clothing and come prepared.
