Join us on September 10th for a hybrid event dedicated to the fight for youth rights in the landmark Lighthiser v. Trump case. This event unpacks the lawsuit led by 22 courageous young Americans demanding protection of their constitutional rights to life, health, and safety in the face of aggressive federal fossil fuel expansion as they prepare for hearing in Missoula, MT September 16th and 17th.
Hear from attorneys and Our Children’s Trust staff about the case, big picture goals, and how to support the youth plaintiffs. Come with questions.
