For the month of February 2025, Moving Essence classes have to relocate whilst renovations are happening at our St Brigids home.The 5:45pm – 7:30pm Light Waves class will be offered as a Silent Disco in the Edinburgh Gardens (if not raining). This class requires booking to allow for headphone allocation.
The 7:30pm – 9:30pm Tidal Wave at 75 Reid Street is a drop in class, no booking required.
BOTH locations allow our regular dancers to park at St Brigids and enjoy a 10 minute walk to these weekly classes, offered in new places!
Light Waves is a gently guided 5Rhythms class that awakens energy through a guided moving meditation on the body and a 5Rhythms Wave. Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.
