The wonderful Sylvie & Danielle; the mother & daughter who founded Future Dreams in 2008 were both ballet teachers. Future Dreams House is a converted theatre which they would have absolutely loved! Natalie, who is a Registered Teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance, is very keen to continue their love of ballet & dance in this very special place. Natalie who is not only a ballet teacher but also a Level 4 cancer exercise specialist has also been through breast cancer treatment herself & is currently receiving hormone therapy.

We will start with a ballet mat session with props such as balls & bands. This is set to music & gives you a lovely stretch as well as strengthening your core. We will learn some gentle ballet barre & centre exercises followed by a short sequence of choreography which is very beneficial for anyone suffering from Cancer Related Cognitive Impairment (CRCI) which Natalie has a special interest in. She is very keen on using movement to help combat this frustrating & often exhausting treatment side effect.

We will finish with some relaxation which should leave you feeling restored & revitalised for the rest of the day.

The sessions will be differentiated throughout so everyone is welcome.
