Join us on Sunday 8th December for our special Light up a Life service.This truly special event will be held in our beautiful hospice gardens from 4pm. There will be a number of readings and hymns before our Christmas trees are lit up in memory of loved ones- the most poignant part of our service.
The occasion will be a chance to remember those no longer with us and reflect on memories we continue to cherish.
If you're not able to attend, a shorter version of the service will be available to watch online and from the comfort of your own home.
