Light up a Life at Hereford Cathedral 🕯️

This December, we warmly invite you, your family and friends to join us for a special Light up a Life service at Hereford Cathedral.
Christmas can be a particularly poignant time when we are missing someone special. Light up a Life offers an opportunity to come together with others who understand the experience of loss, to pause, reflect and remember those who will always hold a special place in our hearts.
During this beautiful and inclusive service, candles will be lit in memory of those we love and miss, with music, readings and moments of reflection helping us to celebrate their lives and the memories we shared.
Whether your loved one was cared for by St Michael’s Hospice or not, everyone is welcome. You are welcome to attend on your own, with family or alongside friends, and people of all ages are invited to join us.
After the service, you will also have the opportunity to view our Books of Remembrance, containing the names of those remembered through Light up a Life.
The service is free to attend, although donations are warmly welcomed. Any donation you are able to make will help St Michael’s Hospice continue providing loving, compassionate care to local people and their families.
