This is a light contact sparring session open to all styles of martial arts.RSVP is required. DM @wingchunmd to RSVP. No walk-ins.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
1. No walk-ins or guests are allowed. Anyone attending must participate. All participants must sign a waiver.
2. Required protective gear: Traditional or hybrid boxing gloves, shin guards, protective cup (men), and mouthpiece. No shoes on the mats, grappling/wrestling socks or barefoot only.
3. This session will be stand-up/striking only (no grappling), light contact only. Be sure to clearly communicate with your partners before and during sparring rounds.
NOTE: While all participation in sparring is completely voluntary, please only attend if your intent is to be an active participant. This is not a spectator event. No guests are allowed, only registered participants.
