Charlotte and Nicola are coming together once again after their magical Autumn Equinox retreat, Harvest of the Heart. This time, they reunite to create a sacred space for welcoming in the light of 2026.

As the dust of the old year settles, this is a sacred moment to reflect, a moment to honour change, awaken hope, and embrace the excitement of new beginnings, guided by light and the gentle return to yourself. While the world often leans into the idea of “new year, new you,” we invite you instead to make 2026 a homecoming to your heart — a gentle opening to the light, and a releasing of all that no longer serves you.

Let us hold you in the embrace of our Divine Feminine, inviting love, light, and sacred connection to flow into your heart. Join us as we gather in the cocooning warmth of a beautiful yurt, held by the soft glow of a crackling log fire and an afternoon infused with compassion, love and light.

Together, we will create a sacred sanctuary for stillness, reflection, and inner renewal — a place where you can soften, breathe, and remember the truth that has always lived within you, returning to your heart’s innate wisdom and light

Guided by the spirit of Mama Cacao, we will sink into a heart-opening cacao ceremony designed to illuminate your inner radiance, cultivate presence, and help you lovingly release all that no longer serves your path as you step into a brighter, more aligned year.

Charlotte is a qualified Meditation Teacher with over 4 years of experience. She is a Space Holder, Reiki Attuned Practitioner, Self-Love Empowerment Facilitator, Shamanic Journey Guide, and Cacao Ceremonialist. With a deep, passionate connection to the Shamanic Drum and medicine of the breath, Charlotte guides others through transformative healing. She creates sacred spaces where individuals can rediscover their inner wisdom, embrace self-love, and experience profound emotional & spiritual growth and embrace the light within.

Charlotte is deeply honoured to welcome Reiki Master Nicola Graham of IKIGAI Therapy, who will once again be joining the retreat. Nicola is an extraordinarily powerful woman and healer — a mystic, energy worker, psychic, medium, and skilled mBIT coach whose presence alone brings an unmistakable depth of magic to any space she enters. During this retreat, she will guide a luminous Inner Light Meditation and offer individual Reiki during the sound journey, weaving her intuitive gifts into every moment with grace and potency.

Sacred Cacao Ceremony
Charlotte will guide you in connecting with the nurturing energy of cacao — the gentle ‘Mother plant’ that awakens the heart. Cacao invites compassion, presence, and self-love, helping you soften the inner critic, open to the light within, and cultivate the fertile space of your heart for the year ahead.

Sacred Sound Journey
Journey through sacred sound with shamanic drumming, chakra crystal bowls, and Nepalese gongs. These frequencies help release stagnant energy, restore inner harmony, and awaken the heart’s wisdom, allowing your light to shine more fully as you step into 2026.

Individual Reiki Healing with Nicola

During the sacred sound journey, Reiki Master Nicola Graham will offer individual Reiki healing, supporting your personal release and energetic renewal. Her powerful and intuitive touch helps you let go of what no longer serves you, reconnect with your heart, and step fully into the light of 2026.

This gentle, heart-centred healing enhances the journey, allowing the sound, vibration, and energy of the ceremony to integrate deeply within you.

Open Fire Ritual

Whether beneath the winter sky or by the glowing log fire, we gather in circle to honour release and transformation. Write down what no longer serves you — old stories, fears, or habits — and offer them to the flames. The fire, an ancient ally, holds your intentions, clearing space for the light of 2026 and a gentle homecoming to your heart.
