Each candle represents a symbol of hope, with your personal touches to show solidarity with breast cancer survivors and those currently battling the disease.
While you wait for your candle to settle, unwind in a guided yoga session designed to soothe the body and mind. This practice will focus on gentle poses that are accessible to all, encouraging participants to cultivate self-care and inner peace.
