5:30–6:00 PM — Mandatory Warm-Up & Stretch
6:00–7:00 PM — Lifts & Tricks Workshop
7:00–8:00 PM — Guided Practice Session
💪 Requirements
• Leaders must be able to support their partner’s weight for 15 seconds.
• Followers must be able to hold a 15-second plank.
• No partner? No problem! Arrive by 5:00 PM for pairing.
