Lifto De Mayo is back for year 7 of our annual team competition! If you are looking for a Saturday of fitness challenges and fun with friends, then this event if for you! Get together those teams of 4 (2 girls/2 guys)! The competition will be cannonball style and consist of different elements to test your strength, skills, endurance, strategy and teamwork.
We will have 12 scaled spots and 6 RX spots available! Registration will go live early February, so stay tuned for those details!
