This month’s meditation will be focused on Jyothi~ our inner light of transformation and we’ll be playing only metal/wood instruments. ??Join us at Lifted Lotus Yoga Collective for a one of a kind SoundBath and Meditation experience. Through the use of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, bells, drums, and other instruments you will be given the time and space to let the sounds heal you while being guided into a meditative state where you can receive healing on a cellular level.
What is a Sound Bath? It is a healing modality where we use Sound healing as a form of energy medicine, a vibrational therapy, in which sound is used to create balance and alignment in our physical body, chakras and energy fields. The harmonic vibrations produced by ancient instruments deeply penetrate the receiver, inducing a deep meditative and peaceful state. The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace and relaxation. This is not just an auditory experience - it’s like receiving a full body sound massage! Most people fall into a state of deep relaxation and emerge from the experience feeling lighter, more in balance, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
Each month we will offer a different meditative practice for you to experience. This will give you the opportunity to explore different types of meditations that have the potential to expand and enlighten your consciousness.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, water, blankets and pillows for added comfort.

Donation Based class ~ Suggested Donation $5 or more. Your donation goes to supporting the teachers and studio so that we may continue to give yoga as freely as possible.
