Lift Your Mood: Racing For Wellbeing

ONE RUN Marrickville presents Racing for Wellbeing – a 4-hour treadmill challenge designed to bring the community together and raise funds for mental health research with Blackdog Institute as part of Lift Your Mood, One Playgrounds's annual mental health awareness month.

In teams of up to 6 people, you’ll work together to clock as many kilometres as possible on your own dedicated treadmill. Every kilometre counts – and the winning team will be awarded a $500 donation for Blackdog Institute.

Expect high energy, good vibes, live music by DJ Ollie, and your ONE RUN MV crew cheering you on!

How to Enter:

• Purchase a ticket, and then simply select the team you would like to join. Each team can have a maximum of 6 participants. If you are running solo, feel free to join any available team!

About Lift Your Mood:

50% of the proceeds of this event will be donated to Blackdog Institute
