Tryna tone up? Let's add lifting weights to the mix! Join for a fun Total Body Strength Training Workout designed for all levels.
About this Event

You'll work out online with a community of women and feel super excited about how amazing, energetic, and much stronger you feel after just one workout.


What to expect:

Join the zoom at least 5-mins beforehand and make sure the video can be on.

We'll start with a stretch, go into the workout, and wrap up with cool down and affirmations.

Dumbbells (5 lbs +) are needed for this workout.

You'll also have to complete an online workout liability waiver.


This workout is made for all levels and will be a lot of fun! You'll get individual attention, be called by name, have your form corrected, be praised when you're killing it, and feel inspired, confident, and strong!

Who am I?

Hi, I'm Tamasia!

I'm not the trainer who's always been "skinny" or "fit." In fact, for my whole adult life, I was the fat girl who struggled to lose weight.

That was until I learned what I'll be sharing with you as a Live Well Sister.

As a fitness coach, I consider myself to be a solutionist! I founded the Live Well Sisterhood because I believe it's important for women to learn how to live well, rather than just lose and gain weight - especially when others depend on your wellness.

That's why everything we do is dedicated to the daily and weekly maintenance side of fitness and wellness in a way that fits your life, allowing you to make time for meal planning, movement, and multivitamins so that you can be your best physical and mental self.

I've personally lost and kept off 76 lbs and truthfully, it was because I committed to the "maintenance" that it takes when finding something that worked and that I could stick to.

So, that's pretty much what we'll do! When we're together, we'll have fun, we'll live life, and we'll also take action.
