About this Event
3 local trainers, one awesome event.
This isn't just about breaking a sweat β it's about coming together as a community, supporting local and connecting with like-minded individuals.
Warm-Up: We kick off with a 10 minute mobility session to get your muscles ready.
Workout: This is followed by a 45 minute strength workout using weights and bands.
Yoga Flow: We finish with a 20 minute yoga flow to cool down and stretch out.
What to Bring:

- Water Bottle π¦
- Yoga Mat π§ββοΈ π§ββοΈ (if you donβt have one, bring a thick towel!)
- Best attitude π€
Post-Workout: Stay and grab a drink or snack post-workout from Red Bird Brewing. While you're sipping a delicious beer (or mocktail), we'll draw for some awesome local prizes!

This month we are raising we are raising funds in support of @specialocanada and @motionball. Motionball is a national non-profit organization that raises funds for local Special Olympic Chapters through Marathon of Sport events in cities and universities across the country! The money raised helps cover the cost of team uniforms, tournament costs, travel expenses, sports equipment and their Healthy Athlete programs. 15% of every ticket sale is going directly to support these athletes!
