Designed for anyone looking to build strength, improve movement quality and gain confidence in the gym, Lift & Move combines expert coaching with progressive programming in a supportive small-group environment. Whether you've recently completed Learn to Lift or already have some gym experience, this course will help you continue progressing safely and effectively.
