Join us for Lift & Learn, a hands-on women’s strength clinic designed especially for beginners to intermediates who want to learn how to lift weights safely and effectively — and see real results!
What to Expect:
💪 Foundational Strength Training: Learn proper form for key compound exercises and how to lift safely to (and past) muscle failure.
🌬 Breathe & Move Better: Discover static and dynamic stretches paired with breathing techniques to prep your body for lifting, prevent injury, and maximize results.
🤝 Community & Connection: Meet and network with like-minded women in a supportive environment.
