Discover this unique habitat that roughly half of fish species across the globe call home from our very own director of animal care, Barrett Christie. Learn about our Southeast region’s rich biodiversity that’s comparable to world-renowned habitats — like the Amazon and Congo River Basin — and the importance of protecting these freshwater spaces and the species within. From robust redhorse and sturgeon to mussels and more, get a “fresh” perspective on our local aquatic ecosystems!
Member tickets are $5 and general admission tickets are $10; light bites, beer and wine are included.
