Join the Life Skillz Youth Group, a 16-week program designed for youth. This supportive, trauma-informed group empowers you to build essential life skills for independence and sustained recovery. Each week, you’ll engage in hands-on activities and discussions, using worksheets to learn practical skills like budgeting, meal planning, cooking, resume building, and setting healthy boundaries. Topics include financial literacy, household management, career exploration, communication, self-care, and emergency preparedness—all tailored to help you reduce stress, avoid relapse triggers, and thrive in your recovery journey.What You’ll Gain:
Practical Skills: Learn to manage money, cook healthy meals, maintain a home, and navigate healthcare.
Confidence: Build self-esteem through resume creation, career planning, and assertive communication.
