About this Event
?♀️ Do you sometimes wonder why you are doing what you are doing? Do you sometimes wonder, if you are meant to do something different in life? But you don't really know what? Do you sometimes wonder what your purpose is in life?
? Did you know that research has shown that people who have a life purpose are on average happier than people who don't? Having a life purpose makes you more resilient, more confident, it improves your relationships and sleep and it makes you live longer!
?? As a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher and self development coach I am excited to share with you my huge toolbox of techniques, meditations and exercises to help you find your life purpose during a 1.5-2 hour workshop in an inspiring art studio in El Born, called Brava.
