Join ACNC and NCGCM for a mid-day presentation: Life Planning for Solo Agers

Paula Kelley, RN and CEO of NC Guardian and Care Management (NCGCM,) will be discussing Life Planning for Solo Agers. This presentation can benefit those who are experiencing a lack of traditional support while aging in the WNC area, or those who are assisting loved ones. Paula will provide resources, education, and a Q&A session on how to plan for the journey ahead.

Established in November 2023, NCGCM is a healthcare advocacy company serving solo agers and other vulnerable adults who would benefit from support with making and communicating healthcare decisions. Our goal is to serve clients within a supported decision-making team with healthcare power of attorney documents in place. As a last resort, NCGCM can serve as a court appointed guardian of person following the ethical principles and practice standards of the National Guardianship Association.

Kids 7+ are welcome to join. Younger kids can play in our kids room equipped with toys, a chalk wall, coloring books, books and Disney plus.
