Life Manual Project
The Life Manual Project is a participatory workshop built around a simple idea: nobody gave us a handbook for adulthood.
Most of us are figuring things out as we go... work, relationships, friendship, family, burnout, failure, starting over, and everything in between. Through guided activities, conversations, and reflection prompts, participants will come together to share experiences, exchange insights, and contribute to a collective "Life Manual" built from lived experience.
You don't need any special skills, prior knowledge, or personal stories prepared in advance. Just bring your curiosity and an openness to listen, reflect, and participate.
By the end of the session, we'll have created a unique guidebook shaped by the wisdom, questions, and experiences of everyone in the room.
