About this Event
The conference will hear from John Smeaton looking back at his years campaigning with the SPUC. The Abortion Act in 1967 is presented as inevitable but it had limited political support, and yet it became law. How did it happen and why? John will also speak on the work of Voice of the family and it's Calix Mariae quarterly magazine. Read more here: https://voiceofthefamily.com/about/
