LIFE IN TECHNICOLOUR : VISUAL ART SHOW

Miss Tea Party (pronouns She/They) is a local, queer, visual, and multi-media artist and is excited to share a series of paintings, drawings, and textile/visual art pieces with her community. Danah has been creating art since they can remember as a means to process life with all of its depths and complexities. The series of "Life in Technicolour" is an honouring of their unique drawing and visual style that has developed over the years as an artist. She paints visions from the imagination, sub-conscious mind and dreamscape. The visuals are filled with colour, flowers, magic, poetry, character, and dream-like visions. You can expect themes that explore gender, connecting to nature, spirit/un-material realms, power of the imagination, and authentic expression. Come join in a beautiful evening connecting with your community through art and be immersed in the world of Miss Tea Party. There will be light refreshments and live poetry and music starting at 7:30 pm on the Friday opening night
