Join the Crossroads Foster Care Advocacy Team for Life in Limbo— an interactive workshop that offers a powerful look into the foster care experience.Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a child in foster care, a foster parent, or a parent whose child has been placed in care? Life in Limbo invites you to step into their shoes—building empathy, understanding the challenges, and learning how to advocate for children in the child welfare system.
Life in Limbo will be hosted in the Crossroads Christian Church Chapel.
• Open to ages 16 and older
• Childcare available for $5 per child (limited spots, register by Oct. 11)
• Approved by DCS for foster parent credits
