Life Hacks for the Chronically Sick

Please note: this event will be held in person at New Victoria Allotments.

Come for a quiet morning outside in the garden to spend time with other people who experience fatigue. We will think up and share our life hacks, and turn our ideas into a collective zine for future reference.

This event is part of Book Week Scotland

Plot 26 is a community herb garden for learning collectively about the traditional medicinal uses of plants. We hold weekly gardening sessions and regular experiential and educational workshops.

Location: Plot 26, New Victoria Allotments. .

There will be 10 attendees maximum, and the event will feature comfort breaks. During this event, attendees will participate in: whole group discussion, hands-on activites

You may be asked to wear a mask at this event.

This event will take place outside with social distancing possible.

• Mask wearing required in enclosed spaces.
• Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available.
• Compacted earth paths.
