The Life Force Activation Session is designed to embark on a transformative journey, delving deep into a profound connection with your authentic self.
Throughout the session, we will activate and explore a powerful blend of kundalini energy and non-dual states of consciousness. Kundalini energy is the pulsating life force that animates everything in creation as well as the potent life force within us, often symbolized as a coiled serpent at the base of the spine.
Non-duality, on the other hand, is the understanding that all opposites are aspects of a singular reality, transcending the limitations of dualistic thinking and embodying oneness with everything, it is a safe and natural way of awakening.

ABOUT THE SESSION:
The entire process is completely safe, you are completely conscious, and you have full control of how deeply you want to immerse yourself in this experience. In a session, the facilitator plays some music and touches specific energy points on the body.
Because we work in the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic body, unifying them will creating coherence in our everyday life. Some of the things you might experience in a session like bodily movements, emotions like joy, sadness, and anger.
In addition, pulses of energy, feelings of heat and cold, vivid visuals, bliss states, and connection to your higher self, close family or ancestors may manifest themselves.

Note: Sessions are 2 hours and are typified by louder than average music with a strong bass component that is felt throughout the body.

• No alcohol or use of substances 24 hours before the session
• No heavy foods (Meats and oily foods) before the session
• Wear comfortable clothes similar to what you would wear to yoga

About Yana:
Yana is a Ukranian-born mother of 1 who has lived in the US for 6+ years. Yana has been an avid student of Yoga and Meditation for 15 years and has had the amazing experience of spending several months studying under the Russian Yoga Federation (www.russianyogafederation.ru) as an instructor, becoming a Yoga Alliance Instructor and attending many week-long sessions in the Carpathian mountains of Ukraine with strong spiritual yoga masters…developing her deep-seated love for the practice of yoga.
Inevitably, these experiences led her to seeking more spiritual connections. She was moved to participate in several kundalini activation sessions and, ultimately, decided to pursue certification as a facilitator. She recently completed a lengthy and rigorous training curriculum for Kundalini Activation and Non-Duality in Monterey, Mexico to achieve that goal. https://astraschoolofenergy.com/

Personal Statement: Since starting this journey, I feel more deeply connected to myself and my purpose. I’ve found more compassion and acceptance for the parts of myself that are still a work in progress, and I am becoming more fully embodied and present. This is not because the energy magically transformed my life, but rather because of my commitment to do the deep inner work necessary to integrate these shifts of consciousness into my life. My mission is to share the beauty and power of LFA, to spread the magic across the world with my soul tribe, and for all of us to strengthen our relationship with self and others…. finding the connection in our shared humanity and raising the vibration for all those that we encounter.
