A Life Force Activation session opens the body to the intelligent current of life itself - an energy that moves organically through spontaneous breath, sound, movement, and emotion. As this current awakens, it begins to unwind stored tension, dissolve unconscious holding patterns, and restore the body’s natural rhythm of flow. Somatic release happens not through effort or force, but through surrender - the energy finds its own pathways, shaking loose what no longer serves and allowing deeper states of presence, aliveness, and inner freedom to emerge.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.

Please Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

During this session participants will lie down on yoga mats with eyes closed to receive. As the music plays the facilitator transmits waves of Life Force energy and Non-Dual states of Consciousness while touching certain chakras and meridian points activating your innate ancient wisdom to move and clear energetic and emotional blockages. All you have to do is relax and let the energy meet you where you are at. This process will bring forth what's needed to help you release what no longer wants to be held within, leading you back to your most authentic self.💫

The transmission is 1 hour long. In the beginning we will explain the process and have time for some questions. After the transmission we will close the circle with some optional sharing and tips for integration and grounding.

To prepare for the session:

• If this applies to you; NO alcohol, drugs, plant medicine, magic mushrooms or marijuana 24 hours before session

• Eat an early breakfast or light snack before the session. It is best to receive the transmission on an empty or almost empty stomach. However always listen to your body and make sure you’re comfortable and not so hungry that it distracts you during the session

• Please bring a yoga mat. We will have a few at the studio for those who don't own one but if you have one please bring it :) availabiltiy of mats is not guaranteed

• Dress in comfortable clothes that you can move around in and bring a bottle of water. No pillows needed unless you have an injury and absolutely need them. It is best to receive the transmission with your spine straight

• if you are extremely sensitive to loud music, please bring earplugs

• It’s best NOT to have caffeine right before a session

• to have the best experience, let go of any expectataions from yourself, the session and and your process :)
