Our bodies holds onto past emotions and trauma, storing these energies within our nervous system which cause, anxiety, illness and stress within our lives.
Through utilizing somatic therapy we can journey within to release the energy of stored emotion and trauma, allowing us to access deeper states of consciousness, clarity, ease, flow, wellness and peace.
Join Facilitator Nicole Thaw as she uses a combination of modalities, breathwork, reiki, meditation, spinal energetics and life force activation.
