Every sunday at 1:00pm for a Life Force Activation session- on sundays this sessions are usually hosted by Valeen & Arantxa.

What is LFA?

• An energetic activation which serves as a gateway towards healingand a deeper understanding of who and what we are.

The session stimulates the body's bioelectric field - the natural electromagnetic energy that all living organisms emit.

By helping energy move freely through the body, blockages caused by stress, trauma or emotional reression begin to release.

*Bring comfortable clothes, everything else like yoga mat blankets and eye mask will be provided.

*Please arrive 5 min early so that we can start on time.

*Theres plenty of free street parking in the alley.
