About this Event
WORKSHOP DATE: December 7th, 2:00-4:30pm
Taught by textile artist Sahar Steiner, all materials provided
Learn how to source and reuse sweaters to make your own upcycled creations. In this workshop you will unravel cashmere sweaters into yarn for knit, crochet, or darning projects. All experience levels welcome.
The studio is located in a second-story walk-up, with no elevator. We have a cozy tea setup and you're welcome to bring your own snacks. Also you can take off your shoes and bring slippers if you are so inclined! Masking is requested and KN95 masks are provided. Please arrive on time or a little early so we can make the most of the afternoon.
