Life Coaching Workshop

Invest in your well being by attending this powerful, engaging, transformative workshop at the beautiful Detroit Yacht Club.

My name is Elissa Watson and I've transformed my life in all areas over the past 15 years by studying and embodying the mindset, principles, and skills that I've learned from powerful leaders, authors, and personal development teachers.

I've designed this workshop so you will learn the tools to enhance your well being in all areas of your life.

What will our morning look like?

• You'll arrive around 8:45 AM at the Detroit Yacht Club. You will be greeted at the security gate, and you will tell the guard your name. Park and then enter the front door of the gorgeous, historical clubhouse.

• We'll be meeting in the Port Haven Room on the first floor.

• At 9:00 AM, we'll begin the Life Coaching workshop.

• We'll start with reflection exercises designed to help you become deeply aware of who you really are. You'll discover for yourself what identity and beliefs are true for you and what identity and beliefs you've accepted from others but are actually not true for you.

• Once you've gained clarity on who you are and what identity and beliefs are true and empowering for you, we’ll move into celebrating the things in your life that reflect the best of you right now.

• We’ll do some self-reflection exercises to bring to our awareness things in our current life experience that are NOT reflections of what we really want or how we see ourselves. Maybe you aren't satisfied with your current role in your career. Maybe a personal relationship is frustrating you. Maybe your business needs a revitalization from its owner (you!). Maybe you feel stuck in a rut in some other area of your life.

• This is where it gets really exciting! We'll take a few of those things from the previous exercise and create a vision of how we would love to see each of them instead of how they are now.

• After the workshop, I’d be so happy to give you a tour of the club!
