The transition to graduation-and beyond-can seem daunting. Join us in The Great Room at The Midland School. Midland wants to make sure you have the knowledge and support to undertake this transition smoothly, effectively, and within the necessary timeline. This presentation will review, in detail, the steps to take to assure appropriate services and program options are available post-graduation. Representatives from The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and Midland's own Adult Services will be with us.
